Dr Shwetambra Barar Tandon is an Australian Chiropractor from Sydney, Australia. She completed her Masters in Chiropractic from Macquarie University and her Bachelors in Medical Science degree majoring in Anatomy and Neuroscience from the University of Sydney. She has been an integral part of the Academic Department at Macquarie University teaching Master and Bachelor of Chiropractic students for the past 8 years. She has also been practising for several years. She joins Kissun Chiropractic as an Associate Chiropractor.
Dr Tandon has a strong belief in using a multidisciplinary approach to treatment to achieve the best results in the shortest amount of time. She uses a variety of techniques including manual adjustments, soft tissue technique, Thompson technique, and activator and cranial work. Her approach to chiropractic aims to fully encompass this understanding by individualising care for her patients’ specific needs and preferences.
She has extensive experience in treating spine, nerve and muscle injuries, and obtains effective results with headaches, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) problems, neck and back pain, posture concerns and peripheral joint injuries. She loves working with people from all walks of life especially children being a mum herself.
Dr Tandon is a registered practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and also a registered member of the Chiropractic & Osteopathic College of Australia (COCA).
